Where's my top-up? How and when you get paid

Waiting on a payment or top-up? Before getting in touch, it's worth a quick check of the three most common reasons a top-up hasn't landed:

• You joined less than a full month ago. Top-ups start after your first full calendar month with us, so your first one can arrive later than you'd expect.

• It's not the 4th yet. Top-ups and payouts land on the 4th of each month, so if it's earlier in the month, yours is still on its way.

• It may already be there. The top-up only makes up the difference to £10, so if you'd earned a little from events, your top-up will be smaller than the full £10.
