When and how you get paid for Axle events

Here’s how earning and payment work with Axle events:

• You earn £1 for every kWh your battery exports during a grid event.

• We credit your account after each event, usually within a few days, once we’ve gathered the data from your meter.

• There’s a guaranteed minimum of £10 a month. If your event earnings for the month come to less than £10, we top your balance up with the difference to take it up to £10. For example, if you’d already earned £3 from events that month, we’d add £7 to bring you up to £10.

• Top-ups and payouts land on the 4th of each month, starting after your first full calendar month with us. For example, if you joined on 25 May, your first full month is June, so your first top-up would land on 4 July.
