My monthly top-up hasn’t arrived

Your guaranteed £10 minimum is topped up on the 4th of each month, and it starts after your first full calendar month with Axle. So if you joined partway through a month, your first top-up comes a little later than you might expect.

For example, if you joined on 25 May, your first full month is June, so your first top-up would land on 4 July.

The top-up only makes up the difference to £10. If you’d already earned £3 from events that month, we’d add £7 to bring you up to £10.

If it’s after the 4th and you still haven’t seen your top-up once your first full month has passed, get in touch and we’ll look into your account.
