Why wasn’t I included in an event?

We typically run 3 -6 events per month, and not every event includes everyone. Some are regional, so only batteries in certain areas take part. You can check the Events tab on your account page to see whether you were included:
If the event is listed in the Events tab and your battery didn't discharge during the event, see My battery didn’t discharge or export during an event.
If the event is not listed in the Events tab, it likely means you weren’t eligible for that one. If you think you should have been included for some reason, get in touch and we’ll check. Otherwise, keep an eye out for future events in your area soon.
