I’m changing my inverter or battery

With Axle, it's your inverter that needs to be compatible, not your battery. As long as your inverter is made by one of the manufacturers we support, your home battery can join Axle, whatever brand the battery itself is. See Which battery and inverter brands work with Axle? for more details.

How to connect to your new inverter depends on if it's the same manufacturer or a different manufacturer as your previous device.

• Same manufacturer: Log into your Axle account, select Account, then Devices, and select Reconnect Device to connect to your new inverter.

• Different manufacturer: Confirm your new inverter is compatible with Axle here. If it is, get in touch letting us know the manufacturer of your new inverter so we can help you switch it over.
