My event earnings look wrong

If the amount you earned for an event doesn’t match what you expected, the most common reason is where the reading comes from. We measure your export using your smart meter (rather than from your battery system), because that’s the most accurate source and it’s the same reading your energy supplier uses for billing. Your battery or inverter app can show a slightly different figure, because the two systems measure things in slightly different ways. A small difference is normal.

If you exported during the event window but don’t see it credited, or the figures look significantly different from what you’d expect, get in touch with screenshots from your smart meter readings and we can look into it.
