Exporting manually during an event

We always send commands to tell your battery to export automatically during a scheduled Axle event, but sometimes these commands fail to land. If your battery doesn't export automatically during an event, you can export manually and still be credited, as long as it's within the scheduled event window. To do this, set your system to export to the grid during that window.

One thing to keep in mind: we can't pause commands to individual accounts, so only export manually when our commands haven't worked. If your system hasn't started exporting within 5 to 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, go ahead and export yourself.
