How you’ll know an event is happening

We’ll always email you the day before a grid event, so you have plenty of notice. You can also see upcoming events on your account page. There’s no fixed schedule, because events depend on when the grid needs support, but you’ll never be asked to do anything at short notice without a heads-up. 

If you ever don’t want to participate in a particular event, you can opt out in your Axle account by clicking ‘opt out’ next to the upcoming event in the Events tab.

At the moment, we only offer email notifications. We don't currently offer text (SMS) notifications, and we don't have an app. You can see all details about upcoming events in your Axle account under the Events tab.
