Leaving Axle

You’re free to leave Axle whenever you like, and there’s no exit fee.

A couple of things worth knowing before you go:

• You need to withdraw your funds before leaving Axle. You can withdraw your balance as long as it’s at least £10. See “Withdrawing your balance”. Anything below £10 can’t be withdrawn, in line with our terms and conditions. 

• The monthly top-up to £10 only applies to active accounts, so if you leave before the 4th, we won’t be able to top you up for that month. Top-ups are applied after your first full month with us. For example, if you joined on 25 May, your first full month is June, so your first top-up would land on 4 July.

To opt out and leave Axle’s VPP:

1. Log in to your Axle account.

2. Go to Account.

3. Scroll to the bottom and select Opt out of Axle’s VPP.
